SCB opens its Central Customer Service Department

SCB’s Central Customer Service Department just had its Grand Opening on the ground floor of the Head Office building, 19-25 Nguyen Hue, District 1, HCMC.

This is one of SCB’s strategic activities in the current transformation period, as well as in SCB’s business expansion and growth plans for the upcoming years.

SCB’s beautiful Central Customer Service Department located at a very convenient location, Nguyen Hue pedestrian street, District 1, downtown area. The location provides many advantages including residential access, strengthen reputation and growth potential. It is also the proof of SCB’s international, dynamic and modern bank positioning. This office is expected to be a powerful bridge connecting SCB and the customers in terms of accessing information and choosing a place for making transactions.

Beside at-counter services, SCB’s Central Customer Service Department also is responsible for implementing and managing other activities such as: sales of deposit products and services (insurance, domestic payment services); implementing customer services in accordance with SCB's guidelines, orientations and policies; Collect, receive, coordinate, process and respond to information about customer contributions, complaints, questions, etc.

Moreover, through international banking services for domestic and international customers, SCB wishes to introduce an image of a world-class local commercial bank, thereby also demonstrating an evidence of the transformation of the Vietnamese business community in the process of integrating with the region and reaching out to the world.

With customer-centric orientation, SCB always strives to gain customers trust, bring higher profits, and seize opportunities of long-term investment trends. SCB has helped connect customers with investment opportunities and bring great value to both individual and corporate customers through a network of 239 transaction units covering major cities and key economic regions of Vietnam as well as on the online banking platform. Previously, on January 3rd, 2020, the State Bank of Vietnam issued Document No. 40 / NHNN-TTGSNH on the relocation of the Head Office of Sai Gon J.S. Commercial Bank (SCB). Specifically, the State Bank of Vietnam approved the request to change the location of SCB's Head Office from 927 Tran Hung Dao, Ward 1, District 5, HCMC to the new address of 19-21-23-25 Nguyen Hue, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.
