Notice of cash withdrawal limit update for SCB credit cards (Individual Customers)

Dear Esteemed Customers,

Pursuant to Circular 18/2024/TT–NHNN issued by the State Bank of Vietnam on bank card operations, effective from June 11, 2025, Saigon Commercial Bank (SCB) hereby informs you of the updated cash withdrawal limits for SCB credit cards, as follows:

- Applicable cards: All SCB International Credit Cards for Individual Customers.

- Applicable transactions: Cash withdrawal transaction.

- Withdrawal limit: The total maximum cash withdrawal limit of Credit Cards of the same brand (Visa/Mastercard) is VND100,000,000/month. In which, the amount of cash that can be withdrawn from SCB International Credit Card does not exceed:

• The available credit limit of the card.
• The card’s maximum cash withdrawal limit per transaction or per day.

In addition to the regulations on cash withdrawal limits of SCB International Credit Cards, Circular 18 also stipulates that cardholders need to update their biometric information and valid identity documents, specifically:

• If biometric information has not been updated, the cardholder will be TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED from online card payments and other electronic transactions.
• In case the valid identity documents have not been updated, the cardholder will be SUSPENDED from transactions on all channels (at counters, ATMs, online channels).

To avoid transaction interruptions, please update your biometric information on SCB Mobile Banking and your valid identity documents at any of the nearest SCB Branches/Transaction Offices.
