Sai Gon J.S. Commercial Bank (SCB) successfully organized the contest “United SCB 2018” with the main theme “Change to take the lead” for all the (sub)branches. Apart from enhancing professional skill for staff and leaders, this contest is expected to be a playground for sharing, learning and uniting SCB individuals.
The knockout round took place from 1/4 - 31/7/2018, many teams competed hard in many aspects including: sales targets, non-profit income, revenue in insurance sales and customer services. Finally, there were 12 excellent teams surpassing other 223 teams to become representatives of 06 regions for the final round “United SCB 2018”, on 9/9/2018 at Equatorial hotel, Ho Chi Minh city.
Inheriting the spirits from 03 previous years, the final round “United SCB 2018” with the theme “Change to take the lead” witnessed the exciting atmosphere, well preparation of the teams and enthusiastic support from the audience. In the final round, the teams accomplished 04 rounds which are: Proud of being a SCB member; Team understanding; Battle and Situation handling.
With well preparation, profound knowledge and excellent skills, SCB Vung Tau proudly took the first prize, the second prize went to SCB Hang Manh while SCB Lien Chieu and SCB Ninh Kieu excellently reached to third places. Significantly, SCB Vung Tau wonderfully rocked the scores when correctly guessing the key words in the Battle round “SCB – One stop for all services”. This is also the crucial orientation of SCB in serving customers. Specifically, SCB constantly maintained and expanded product portfolio, from basic to modern products, together with improving customer services; increasing partnered, cross-selling activities to satisfy all financial needs of customers, turning SCB into a promising destination for all customers.
Delivering his speech in the final round, Mr. Vo Tan Hoang Van – SCB CEO expressed his feeling” With the main theme “Change to take the lead”, this year contest made many changes from contents to methods to become more attracting and modern. Especially, the teams have shown their spirits of changing, innovating in all activities. I strongly believed that through this program, SCB staff will have chances to professionalize their skills and knowledge as well as spread the message of changing attitude to provide new product-service packages to customers”.
