In accordance with regulations of the State Bank, no more SMS for credit card statements and links to change card PIN
Dear our valued customers,
In order to comply with the regulations of the State Bank, from January 1, 2025, Saigon Commercial Bank (SCB) shall stop sending via SMS the credit card statements and links for changing card PIN, instead:
For credit card statements:
- They shall be sent via email registered with SCB, or
- You can view them on the SCB Mobile Banking app.
Please note that: In case you have not registered emails/updated new emails with us, please go to your nearest SCB’s branches for support.
To change the PIN of your cards: You can change the PIN via SCB Mobile Banking app or contact our Hotline for support.
