Notice about adjustment to service charges for collateral related supports to corporate customers
Dear valued customers,
Saigon Commercial Bank (SCB) would like to inform about the following adjusted service charges for corporate customers which will be effective from February 15, 2024:

| Management/supervision of property records under the bank's lien and borrowed back by the Customer | Loan’s term < 30 days (including extended term): As per agreement with the Customer but minimum VND500,000/day/property/01 request. Loan’s term ≥ 30 days (including extended term): As per agreement with the Customer but minimum VND15,000,000/property/01 request. |
| Releasing collateral after 04:00PM at customer's request | VND0. |
