SCB is one of 10 Vietnamese banks with the best working environment

SCB was chosen to be one of 10 Vietnamese banks with the best working environment; at the same time, SCB is also named in"Top 50 Vietnamese Enterprises with attractive employer brands".

On October 22nd 2020, in Ho Chi Minh City, Anphabe Company organized the program "Overcoming obstacles - Opening your own way" and honored organizations and enterprises voted "The best workplace in Vietnam".

The survey program "The best workplace in Vietnam" conducted by Anphabe attracted more than 500 employers from 20 industries, with more than 70,000 responses from experienced employees.

The above achievement demonstrated SCB’s relentless efforts in developing human resources, improving welfare policies, as well as creating a professional, positive and friendly working environment for employees.

SCB has focused on training programs to enhance employees’ competencies with the direction of "Change to take the lead" and fostering leadership mindsets and the next leadership generations through the project “SCB Next Gene” and the “Bullet Proof Manager- Crestcom” training series. In 2020, SCB has conducted 911 online (E-learning) and offline training classes.

At the same time, despite many difficulties due to the impact of the COVID-19 epidemic, SCB not only did not cut down on labor, but also managed to maintain salary, bonus, and welfare regimes... This helps employees feel secure at work.

Besides, SCB especially focuses on new technology applications, digitalizes recruitment process, improving candidates’ experience. In order to improve the recruitment quality, SCB has successfully upgraded Histaff HR software system, researched and experimented artificial intelligence (AI) application – Grow360 in analyzing and providing intelligent solutions. So far, SCB has hired approximately 1,500 new employees.
