Fee schedule adjustment for Visa S-Digital International Debit Cards (Individual Customers)

Saigon Commercial Bank (SCB) respectfully informs our valued customers of the following adjustments to the fee schedule for Visa S-Digital International Debit Cards:
1. Effective period: From July 1, 2025 to October 31, 2025
2. Adjusted fee schedule:
