Notice about how to pay your credit cards for billing period of January 2024 during Lunar New Year holidays

Saigon Commercial Bank (SCB) would like to inform that your international credit card payment due date for billing cycle of January 2024 (excluding Mastercard World cards) will fall on February 9, 2024, which will be during the holidays for Lunar New Year celebration. For your convenience as well as avoiding affecting your credit files, we would like to announce about your credit card payment as follows:

Please note that:
- Regarding automatic bill payment from current account at SCB, please make sure that your current account has enough money before 5:00 p.m. on the day the payment is made.
- Please make payment before 5:00 p.m. on the payment due date and the payment will only be recorded on time when your credit card account is credited before 5:00 p.m. on the payment due date.
- In addition, if you use the Money-send transfer service to make payment from other banks through international card associations (not mentioned above at “How to pay”), the payment will not be immediately recorded in our system and will depend on processing time of the sending banks and the international card associations.
Please consider choosing an appropriate method to make your payment, especially when it comes to transfer from other banks since transaction processing and recording time in our system depend on the sending banks.
During the holidays, all transactions via cards and online banking application (Internet Banking/Mobile Banking SCB) will be available. Our customer service hotline at 19006538 will remain 24/7 operation.
