Greater security and safety - No more transactions via magnetic stripe debit cards

Dear our valued customers,

In order to comply with the regulations of the State Bank, as well as to ensure greater security of payments, Saigon Commercial Bank (SCB) would like to announce that magnetic stripe cards will no longer be used from December 25, 2024.

Customers would be well advised to bring ID Cards/Chip-based ID Cards to nearby SCB’s branches to deactivate magnetic stripe cards and convert them to chip-based debit cards before the date mentioned above to avoid inconvenience in transactions.
