INTERMEDIARY PAYMENT FOR ASSET TRANSFER
“Intermediary payment for asset transfer” is a service provided by SCB to facilitate transactions of asset transfer, in which SCB plays a role of an intermediary payment party between the buyer and the seller.

Asset: real estates and movable assets and must be legally permitted for transaction.
Service fee will be paid to SCB by the party as per agreement between the seller and the buyer.

Documents
Buyer opens an account or both buyer and seller open a joint account for payment
Buyer deposits/transfers to account as scheduled. The account balance will be blocked to set aside for payment.
Seller transfers ownership/use right of assets to Buyer
Seller presents the request for payment signed by both Seller and Buyer to SCB to receive payment.
