REQUIREMENTS
- From 18 years old to 70 years old at the time of loan application.
- Permanent residence/long-term temporary residence or have business operation at the same location with lending SCB (sub)branches.
- Not be classified as group 3-5 within 12 months and as group 2 within 03 months at credit institutions (at the time of loan appraisal).
- Own at least 02 lawful real estate facilities.
