- Participants: Customers in need of cash collection service and crediting to current account maintained at SCB or using money collected to open savings account or to buy valuable papers issued by SCB

- Customers have a current account at SCB and account balance is sufficient for cash payment and related fees.
- Currency: VND, foreign currencies mobilized by SCB.
- Payment modes: item-by-item, periodically.

- Participants: Customers in need of paying cash to a specific site
